Do you take insurance?

I’m not in network with any insurances, but many of my clients receive reimbursements through their PPO insurance as an out-of-network service.

How does insurance reimbursement work?

You will be responsible for the fee for therapy at the time of service, and at the end of the month I will send you a Superbill to submit to your insurance and they may reimburse you for part of the cost of treatment. This generally only works if you have a PPO plan as opposed to an HMO and the details of the amount of reimbursement will vary depending on your specific plan’s benefits and your deductible amount.

What are your fees?

$200 per weekly 50 minute session for individuals
$225 per weekly 50 minute session for couples

I reserve a number of lower fee appointments for people who would otherwise be unable to afford therapy. Please reach out if you want to work with me but are unable to afford my full fee.

How often do we meet?

I generally meet with my clients once or twice a week. I find consistent meetings to be the most effective way for my clients to see the changes they are hoping to make in their lives.

How long does therapy last?

Therapy varies in length depending on a number of factors. Usually my clients feel some relief after several sessions, and start to see more fundamental changes after 6-8 months. Often my clients will work with me for several years in an attempt to really get to the root of the core dynamics of their psyche and relationships.

When can we meet?

I generally meet with clients Monday through Thursday from around 9am to 5pm. Sometimes I have Friday morning availability as well.

What is your cancellation policy?

I charge for sessions that are cancelled with less than 48 hours advance notice.
